I upgrade the window XP on my PC but i didn't get my folders and files.
How do i get folder after upgrading the window xp?

Did you upgrade from Windows XP? I'm not sure what you mean.

give me any idea that how i get the files and folder after upgrading the window XP.. my window version is 3.1

Am I reading this correctly that you just upgraded Windows 3.1 to Windows XP? If so Windows 3.1 will not upgrade to Windows XP so you must have done a clean install which would not preserve existing files.
I was thinking the same thing.
