How do I find compatible apps for my HTC HD MINI (os 5.2.23103) on the windows marketplace...

When I access the marketplace from the device centre (vers 6.1.695) with my HTC HD MINI (os 5.2.23103) connected I find lots of apps but cannot download any - message is that I am not signed into windows live, despite being signed in on my phone.

Is there a different web page for windows apps suitable for my phone?
