I want to stop user's laptops entering standby mode or hibernation and I have looked at pwrconfig but this doesn't stop the laptop from entering powersaving modes when:
The laptop lid is closed
When the power runs low
Ideally nothing should happen when the lid is closed and if the power in the battery runs low the laptop will shut down. Does anyone know how to do this for standard priviledge users when using a script? We have tried changing the settings by manually giving them admin rights and going through control panel, but after putting them back as standard users the changes are reverted.
