How do i combine all the .net patches into one install?

I have quite a few patch files related to each version of .net installed on my computer (I like to keep local copies so i do not have to use Microsoft update all the time.

I am wondering if its possible to 'slipstream' each patch / update into a single install like you can when you slipstream operating system fixes.

EG:

Windows XP SP3
.net 1.1

NDP1.1sp1-KB2416447-X86.exe
NDP1.1sp1-KB2572067-X86.exe
NDP1.1sp1-KB2656353-X86.exe
NDP1.1sp1-KB2656370-X86.exe
NDP1.1sp1-KB2698023-X86.exe
NDP1.1sp1-KB867460-X86.exe
NDP1.1sp1-KB928366-X86.exe
NDP1.1sp1-KB953297-X86.exe

This took me >45min to install the above files, if i could slip them into the 1.1 installer from the XP 1a CD (dotnetfx.exe), i would not have to click through EULA's, next buttons, and check boxes.

The next worst updater is .net 4.0
