How do I change the default drive location of My Documents from C: to D: for new accounts?

I have a 32 bit Windows XP box that I just built. Our company orders our workstations with two drives, one SSD and the other a traditional platter drive. The SSD is only 120 gig, so I want all future accounts to have their My Documents folder created
on the D: drive. How do I make it so that whenever a user account is created, My Documents is placed on the D: without having to move it manually after each account creation?
