My girlfriend bought me the 'upgrade' and it's complete and utter rubbish. I've gone from a daily laptop user to rarely turning the thing on!
I've called customer service to ask for a refund and to revert back to Windows 7 and they were very stubborn and unhelpful.
I am extremely disappointed and warn as many people as possible to avoid Windows 8.
Why can't I just revert back to what I already have used and paid for?
