can somebody help me make my drivers work again. i have tried updating them but it says the best driver software is already installed even though it is still not working. the rollback option is gray and will not work. i have disabled and renabled them multiple times and it has done nothing. the error it is giving me is "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)" please help me fix this.
