help with a stop message blue screen

hello,

everytime i start my computer it just gives me options to start eg safe
mode, i have tried all of those options and evrn pressinf f8 on start up and
those options, each with the same results.....a crash and blue screen. the
only other info i can give you is the stop message........

stop: 0x0000007E (xc0000005, 0x8062A008, 0xf78cd070, 0xf78ccd6c)
