HELP!!!! w/ SP1

tata219rod- I have Window VISTA and I have my PC set for automatic update
and whenever I check the new updates page iit says that I have 1 new download
( Windows Vista SP1) and when I try to download it I get a Error found- Code
8024200D and when I try to get help it comes up Error not found. What do I
do? and what can I do to download Window Vista SP1?

I've been trying to get onto the Canadian Microsoft Help and Support site for
the last 30 minutes to resolve this Code 8024200D error and when I get to the
last screen of the Help and Support I get "An unknown application error
occurred. Please try again in a few minutes." What is Microsoft's definition
of "a few minutes"? 10, 15, 20. I've been trying 5 minutes apart for the
last 30 minutes (while on hold to Microsoft in Mississauga I must add) with
no response.
