Help - usb 5-2: device descriptionread/64 & device not accepting addre

Hello all.
We have a centos 6.4 (final)
kernel 2.6.32.279.14.1.e16.centos.plus.x86_64 on x86_64

Suddenly the sites on the servers stop working the apache crached.
I saw these erors in the server terminal:

What happened? how can I solve the problem so it won't happen again?
