I loaded this trial version onto my vista 64 computer. When i uninstall or
remove this program ALL of my shortcuts to launch programs do not work
anymore. WOW, Adobe Elements, ventrilo, CCleaner. And when I go into their
folders to launch, there is not program to launch from. So, How did this
trial version get so deep into my computer that is is ruining my already
established programs? After I remove Corel paint and try to launch a
program I get an error that states program is not available. Does this make
any sense. I am losing it. I keep using my restore to get my programs back.

Well, using System Restore seems like the best thing you can do. I can't
say why other programs are uninstalled along with Corel Paint Shop (unless
they came bundled with Paint Shop), that simply should not happen.

If you can restore all your programs to working order, you should then try
Corel's own removal tool to uninstall Paint Shop properly. Download
zapps.exe from:

ftp://ftp.corel.com/pub/PaintShopPro/X/
