Help BMXstateBkp/DVCStateBkp in Sysy32

Please help ...

I have the below files appearing in my Win/system32 folder.
Posts on other boards indicate this is a virus.
I delete them but they return when I reboot. Also the strings of
numbers change each time I delete and reboot.
I have been working on this for several weeks.
I have tried Msconfig debug mode but can not isloate this.

I hate to say it but 000029 is a motherboard problem. You have bit it.
