Help about 'Help'

None of my help files work- from applications etc..... I have checked as
much as I can on MS knowledge base, the file association is there, I
have replaced the relevant files in $win/sys but still no joy. It used
to work....
Any ideas?

Problem solved after much searching google... i re registered 2 files
and it's now fixed, thanks for the info.
