I've just stumbled upon your site in search of a solution, of course, to a computer problem. Maybe someone OUT THERE can help guide me. So...hello.
Anyway, I'm a graduate student, and a registered nurse. I'm taking a technical writing class and a Microsoft Word 2003 class on-line. I guess that you can say "I'm always busy learning something new." I enjoy the computer, but it does challenge my knowledge base on a daily basis!!
Here's the problem: When I just start my computer, I get an "error message" about programfiles\backweb\backwebclient\6.2.3.66L\programbackweb.dll.
I've bought more spyware/adware/etc. programs than I care to admit with the problem remaining....... How do I do a search on your web site for specific problem? I have Windows XP Home Edition. Again, hello, and THANKS.
