I added a 2nd HD (may not be brand new) to my computer. When I
boot up the computer, the bios saw the 2nd HD. When the Windows
XP Pro started up, it detected a new hardware. In Control Panel
"add hardware", it saw the new drive. In Device manager, it listed
the following properties for the 2nd drive:

disk: disk 1
type: unknown
status: not initalized
partition style: not applicable
capacity: 57239 MB

The problem is when I open "my computer", the 2nd drive is not
there. What should I do now?

Can you initialize the disk?
