HARDWARE ACCELERATION

every time I open up the nero, THe hardware Acceleration is deactivated. I
try to go to run and type dxdiag...and the directx features are
disabled...how can i restore it? what driver do i need?

How can anyone answer what drivers you need if you don't post what video
card you have?
