Not sure if this is the right place to ask however:
I recently purchased a windows 8 phone and PC for work purposes but wanted to get a few games for the interim.
I purchased Halo: Spartan Assault on my windows phone through my Microsoft/xbox account through the windows phone store.
After this to get the most out of the game I also downloaded it on my laptop through the Windows store (whilst being login into my work account as a PC login but using my Microsoft/xbox account for the actually purchase)
Firstly I was charged twice for the game (which I'm not overly concerned about as it was only $4.98 AU ea.) but for some reason I am unable to log into the version on my PC it keeps saying "try to log in on xbox.com and reopen the app" which i have done numerous times with the error message simply reoccurring.
Is there something I'm missing? Really didn't think it would be this hard to cross platform game..
If someone could help out that would be fantastic.
