I Have Windows Xp home with sp2.

I am not able to open Group Policy.

When I tried to open through Start>run>gpedit.msc it gives message file
not found. I copied the file but i gives message "Snap in failed"

I am not able to open registry editor. It gives message "Registry
editor disable by your administrator"

Pls Help
