Since some days ago, my Outlook 2013 is not syncing my Inbox from GMail, just appears on the folders list named "Inbox [only this computer]" and none of the messages that I've received on my Inbox has been synchronized. I already tried to
remove the profile and creating a new a lot of times, however I didn't get success. Is this a bug from the version 2013? Is there a way I can reset Outlook to factory defaults?
