Getting rid of OffersWizard

Recently I discovered that somehow OffersWizard has been installed and I've tried a lot of ways to get rid of it, including scans and deleting files that seem suspicious, yet to no avail. Does anyone know a sure-fire way to get rid of this pesky ad generator?
