Original title: slow printer response
My printer has recently started to respond very slowly, and displays error messages such as "printer is offline" or "printer is not responding". Print job seems to remain in print queue but subsequently printed off multiple copies corresponding to various attempts to print the document.
I am using WORD 2003 on Surface Pro2 Windows 8.1
Printer Canon MG6450 wireless connection.
distance to modem 2 feet. distance to printer from modem 7 feet about.
