Partner Center AI assistant, now available in preview in the English-language version of Partner Center, provides instant support to enhance the partner experience.

We built the AI assistant to help you reach your business objectives faster through tailored insights, intelligent suggestions, and quick answers to your day-to-day questions. Access a diverse array of information ranging from insights into your Solutions Partner designation score, to end-to-end guidance, to membership management, to billing information such as Azure credit usage trends.

Responses are pulled from Microsoft product documentation, partner program guides, and your Partner Center data. The technology is constantly being refined to offer more individualized support.

Currently available in preview to all partners using the English-language version of Partner Center, we are actively working to make this feature available in additional languages by the end of 2024.

How does it work?
