Generic host process win 32 services error

Hi Friends,
I am receiving following error while working on internet

"Generic host process win 32 services encountered aproblem and need to
close "

while working on a internet i receive above error after sometime and after
that internet stoped working and it cant be diconnected from taskbar icon(i
am using broadband connection ), while disconnecting internet using a taskbar
icon a flash screen apeared and disapear quickly.
windows firewall also stopped working and sound drivers also stopped
working, i am able to hear sound but i cant increase or decrease volume using
sound manager bcz it became disable
After that error i cant connect to internet until i restart my computer

Start > Run > eventvwr.msc > Copy and paste some of the recent errors
