Geforce GTX 660 video card not detected by motherboard Windows 7

I have recently upgraded my PC with an Asus z97-a motherboard and Intel-i5 4 core processor. After reinstalling Windows 7, I was able to get a signal from my geforce gtx 660 video card for a few hours. After installing several Windows updates, however, I am unable to use my video card without receiving a NO INPUT DETECTED from both of my monitors. My video card is also not appearing in Device Manager nor BIOS and is instead using Intel HD Graphics. Due to the video card not being detected, I am unable to install the latest drivers for my card and I have no idea what to try next. I have also made sure that my current power supply is supplying enough power to the card. Power is definitely reaching the card due to the fans spinning, I am positive that I have attached all of the required power cables, and the card is completely inserted into the motherboard. I have tried every PCI-E port in my motherboard yet it continues to not display. I have tried installing the drivers manually, however the video card must be detected before that is possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

8GB of RAM

ATX 700W Power Supply


I should note that I have tried almost every troubleshooting technique that I have come across except for disabling Intel HD Graphics. I fear that if, due to there being no trace of my video card in both BIOS and Device Manager, if I were to disable this will also lose signal from the motherboard DVI and HDMI ports which are what I am currently using.
