I am attempting to free up space on my hard drive by deleting files and programs that I am not using or do not need. While in 'Disk Defragmenter' under 'File' I clicked on options, and found 'Changes to the view of a console file are stored in your profile'. Are those files anything that I really need or should I go ahead and delete them?
