As you can see in the image at

I can't edit the permissions for every single folder I have. Every time I
change everything to "allow" and click ok. it reverts back to the samething
shown on the same picture above.
This problem is making me lose access to new files that has been created. I
can only see these files by opening cuteftp and browsing it there.

I hope I expressed my thoughts correctly and you may be able to help me.

Hello,

You will probably need to take ownership of the file first, then you
should be able to have your folder permission changes stick. This
tutorial will show you how to if needed.

Hope this helps,

The folder has *Special* permissions checked. I think you need to find out
what that means.

If the link is not explaining it, then use Google.
