Flowboard's slick app for creating presentations will be known as FlowVella from here on out. The change comes at the heels of a trademark court ruling in favor of Flipboard, the popular story aggregator. At the same time, FlowVella is launching a new App Builder, which lets you repackage Flows as proper iOS apps for as low as $99/month per app.

As a part of the rebrand, the iPad app is going free, while the Mac app is going on sale for $4.99, down from $19.99. Both have a new optional premium subscription available. FlowVella wedges itself somewhere between a flowchart and a storyboard creator, hence the old name. Presentations can be embedded and shared really easily.
