Flash Player not working with UAC turned on

I have installed the latest update for Flash Player and it works ok with UAC
turned off, but once I turn UAC back on it doesn't work. Can anyone please
help me?

Turn UAC back off.

It works for me without UAC turned off ever.
You could try, having UAC ON, reinstall flash player.

I agree.

I'm thinking it must have been installed while UAC was off.
