I am really getting annoyed that on most sites they load OK but the Tab hourglass often never stops spinning.
I look down and the site is loading all the crap imagineable like Google analytics, connecting to facebook and the list goes on and on.This site is no exception. Loads quite fast though.

Funny thing with IE 11 the hourglass stops in seconds. Work that one out.

I need Firefox because I have 10 pages of Speed Dial links.:(
I prefer IE to FF anyday.

I've noticed that too with Firefox. IT seems to have started with the last update. Maybe rolling back, if that is possible, will fix it.

I will go back to an earlier version and see what gives, Bob.

EDIT. I went back to version 34.5 and stopped updates.
Still the same issue. This is a pain.

That was one of the final reasons I moved to Chrome guys, It drove me bananas. I hate the Chrome interface but the browser itself is really free from issues for the most part.

How can you seriously recommend "CHROME" with it's privacy issues?
There is nothing about it to like.

Well you know that used to concern me but most of the paranoid techs I know who use third party firewalls and sandboxies which I would not think of using, also use Chrome browser and I think today it is pretty much the choice of techs. So who am I to judge I recently decided.
