Files encypted with different keys

Ummm . . . If I somehow managed to encrypt files (with EFS) but some
with one key and others with another key, is there an easy way to get
them all properly encypted with the same key?

The only way is to decrypt them and re-encrypt them using the key you want.

Try using cipher /U.
This depends on you have access to all keys used to encrypt the files
