This is meant to be a simple proposition that any user with/without experience should be able to use. But it is not doing that.
You are meant to have confidence in any backup software...that its purpose
Backup and Restore in W7 worked perfectly for years for me and seems to be more reliable.
My situation is a windows 8 factory delivered proposal on a brand new HP pavilion PC. so no bad installation or user contamination is involved
