Hi
I'm not sure what update the above refers to but everytime I switch my Sony Vaio it tries to install up to 3380 then the above error message displays on a black screen and the laptop freezes.
I have tried a System Restore from various restore points which also doesnt help, I get error message "System Restore failed while deleting the following file/directory D:\WindowsSystem32migwizreplacementmanifestsmicrosoft-hyper-v-drivers-migra"..Then
it cuts off
I really dont want to carry out a restore as I will lose my entire itunes library and everthing else on my laptop. Help!!
