failure to configure windows update

when ever I was attempting to install windows updates. updates are installing ,but when I restarting the computer then said "Failure to configure windows updates. Reverting changes." I done so many times and always shows this only.i don't know how to slove this problem . This is a Windows 8 64-bit OS.
