Users (or clients) who currently hold a valid permanent or temporary
license will be able to connect, until their license expires.
Since license renewal starts 7 days prior to license expiration, you
should have 7 days to fix the problem with the LS, before licenses
start to expire (assuming that all clients connect to the TS every
day).
New clients will not be able to connect.
