FAILED BOOTING AFTER UNINSTALL SKINPACK

My condition is on ASUS X210EP, WIndows 8 64-bit. I was uninstall ubuntu skipack. and then when i start my windows, it just appear windows logo and then black screen with flashing lamp. Somebody please help my problems,, thanks.
