We have a 3 TB Hitachi Touro Pro , USB 3, external harddrive.The drive worked fine on our older computer running Vista o/s, but since we upgraded to a new computer running Windows 8 the 3 tb drive is not reconized.
We have tried many suggestions from various forums, but none have worked.
We have this huge harddrive that is only good as a paper weight, thing is we've gone paperless.
Is there an updated driver available?
Do we have to configure something on our new computer, it worked plug and play on the computer running Vista.
