Installed explorer 10 via windows update successfully. After restart, no shortcut on desktop. Trying to start iexplorer.exe manually does not open.Downloading a copy from microsoft website works but does not install indicating tha a process is already active. There still exist a subfolderof "Internet Explorer" where iexplorer.exe is located. In SIGNUP subfolder a file "install,ins" contains iexplorer version 10 data. Before I
delete the Internet Explorer subfolder, what can be done to get explorer active. Also, there is no entry for the explorer in the "Programs and Features" entry of the Control panel. Please help...Thanks Harry
