Explorer.exe Application Error

Receive the following (dialog box) error on log off/restart/shut down:

instruction at 0x0098737e referenced memory at 0x0007fffc. The memeory
could not be read.

There are no Events in event log to troubleshoot
I installed Outlook 2003 on machines. Some have this problem some do
not. No errors and select problems make troubleshooting difficult.
Tried removing the HTML source editing. Still have error.

On New lenovo A55 received same error with only outlook2003 and
antivirus on it. Any suggestions? Everything I read says: bogus and /
or install OS.
