Every time I re-boot / re-start my computer I get the following error message:

RUNDLL
X Error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\dwoojkm.dll
The specific module could not be found.

Is this an issue and can it be corrected or eliminated?

Sounds like some incompletely removed malware.

Update the definitions for your antivirus application and do a complete
scan.

Download, *update,* and run
- Spybot S&D from http://www.spybot.info/index2.html
and
- Ad-Aware from http://www.lavasoft.com/products/ad_aware_free.php

If that doesn't fix the problem, then because there are quite a few
locations that start up things at boot time, download Autoruns from
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/ProcessesAndThreads/Autoruns.mspx

Look for dwoojkm.dll in the "Everything" tab and disable or delete it
(see Autoruns help).

A Google Groups search showed no mention of that file, other than your
post. That suggests that some malware was removed, but the reference to
the file was not removed from the registry.

Click Start, Run, type REGEDIT, click OK. Press the Home key, press F3,
type the name of the file into the search pane. Click "Find Next", and
when located, delete the reference to the file. Press F3 to continue
the search.

You can click File, Export, and save the entry to the Desktop. If you
remove it and there's a problem, double-click the .reg file you exported
to the Desktop and it'll be added to the registry again. You can create
a restore point before editing the registry too.
