Hi,

I am running Windows XP Pro SP2. I notice that in Event Viewer, every
time my computer is started, within 3 seconds, there are many of these
errors. However, the errors only come up when my computer is started
and occur for 3 seconds only. Here is the log of the error:

I would be suspicious of a pending hard drive problem. It would appear
that Drive D may be suspect. Run chkdsk /f on Drive D (or 4th partition
on the Master HD). Also run diagnostics on the entire hard drive with a
test program from the HD's manufacturer. And back up all important files.
