I have a Lenovo T60P laptop running XP (SR2) with an ATI FireGL 4200
video card and a Samsung monitor. I had to get a new monitor cable (got
a Dynex SGVA cable), and now get the "Event ID 43033 - ati2mtag Edid
checksum error" message upon boot up. Did I get the wrong kind of cable
(an SVGA versus a regular VGA one for instance?) or something?
