I am having trouble with file sharing!
I use two computers in "running" a track and field meet. One computer holds the meet files/events. The second uses a program to time the running events.
I can move files from the event computer and use them in the timing computer. When I try to send them files back to the event computer for scoring and recording I have trouble.
I get a notice I don't have permission to save to this file.
I am the administrator for both computers and have full permission on both. I have now tried for several days to find the permission error and correct it withno luck. What am I doing wrong? I didn't have this problem when using XP. I now am TRYING to use Windows 8! Any help would be very much appreciated!
