hi,

i have a small problem here. sometimes, firefox crashes and gives me
an error reporting box. i send the report and try to click the link
for finding out the problem. at that moment, drwatson exe makes the
CPU spin (i hear the stock fan and i see it in taskmgr) and this is
when most of the computer stops responding.

my question is, my report was sent, and i got the link to the problem.
but i froze and had to reboot. is there somewhere where they keep the
log of this on my computer, i would like to find out...

many thanks!
jo

Click Start > Run, type in: eventvwr.msc and press Enter or click Ok.
Expand the event viewer window.
Click on either Application or System in the Left Pane.
Double click an entry in the Right pane that shows to have an error and a details
window will open w/link to a possible solution. Not all links actually provide a
solution but if the is one it will be stated.

Perhaps the settings are not set.

Right click each listing in the Left Pane.
Click Properties in the popup menu.
Click the Filter tab.
Make sure all Event Types are selected and Event Source/Category show All.
Apply/Ok out.
