Hi all,

I am getting this error on boot.

Application popup: userinit.exe - Application Error : The instruction at
"0x7c92ae22" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be
"read".

Click on OK to terminate the program

Click on CANCEL to debug the program

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

Memory is reasonably new, but i have removed them and put in an old one -
still get the error.

I have also done a scandisk and windows repair. It only errors when i log
onto a network - if i am not connected by ethernet all is ok.

Any ideas?

Dan
