Error during 'Setup is starting services'

I RESTORED MY ASUS LAPTOP AND NOW I GET A MESSAGE ("Install Windows: The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation." OVER AND OVER HELP btw it was acting up before i restored it no internet troubleshooting didnt work nothing was working right i have no disc drive
