Error Code 8024800A - keeps popping up when I try to access my Windows updates, please help!

I am trying to access Windows updates for my computer and the error code 8024800A continues to pop up on the error code. I tried downloading the Micorsoft &quotfix it&quot which did not work either. Please help, as I don't know what else to do.
