I used windows update trouble shooter and it was stated Windows Update database error detected and Windows update component must be repaired and according to the trouble shooter they've been fixed. No fixing when I tried to download again the update.
I used System restore but no avail , the system couldn't be restored. I used the disc image to restore to a previous date, but still no successful update,
