I need help in resolving an issue.
I keep getting error code 800B0100 when trying to install two updates from Windows Update. I downloaded and then used Microsoft System Update Readiness Tool and the Troubleshooter, problems are detected and "fixed" but the two updates continue not to be
installed. I repeat the process with same "fixes" and the same outcomes.
I am using Windows 7, 64 bit on a Dell computer.
The two updates are:
Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 for x64-based Systems (KB2789645)
Security Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2808735)
