Error Code 80070422 on Windows Update

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, Service Pack 1. I am getting repeated notices to install KB2676562 &amp KB2799494. It creates a restore point and says the updates were installed, but then I am asked to install again. When I try to ask for check
for updates, I get Error Code 80070422.
