Model : laptop ACER M5 series.
OS ; Windows 8.0
PROBLEM : cannot run windows after upgrading to windows 8,.1
I tried recovering previous OS version but the OS installation just loops around.
It gives me a choice of installing "windows on volume 4" and displays error code 0xc000121a, it then continues with the installation process and displays "Your computer ran into a problem 0xc000121a and needs to restart"... then after a while it displays choose an OS to install again.
What seems to be the problem here?
